During my recent stay at Toyoko Inn Morioka Eki Minami Guchi Ekimae, I was pleasantly surprised by its superb location—just a stone's throw from the station and a short stroll to cultural gems like Morioka Castle Park and Hara Kei Memorial Museum. The clean, spacious rooms, complete with flat-screen TVs and all essential toiletries, made for a comfortable base after exploring the area. I truly appreciated the complimentary Japanese-style breakfast, served from 6 AM, which provided a delightful start to my mornings before making the most of my day. Especially noteworthy was the emphasis on sustainability, allowing guests to choose only the amenities they need, promoting responsible tourism—a quality close to my heart as a marine biologist. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning with friends or family to discover more of what Morioka has to offer.
